I Dont Want To Go Bald!

No momentary muscle gain is worth permanent balding, imo. I have already experienced balding while on .y years of exercise and muscle building journey. Thankfully only sparsely and still capable of thickening and regrowth... It seems like EVERYTHING that makes me more masculine and muscular ALSO causes me to get thinning hair faster... Take Wendy's triple decker cheeseburgers for example. THOSE were the first thing that made me start to go bald. I was eating them to put on muscle mass and something in the made my temples start to thin... That was in 2010 when I was 25 years old... I stopped eating them immediately.  Now, I have other meats that make my temples go thin: fatty steaks like ribeye, also McDonald's quarter pounders. Idk what it is but the good beefy fatty meat makes me bald quicker... These meats also make me look more muscular when I eat them... But I can't eat them. So lean beef it is.

Maybe I'm lazy and I don't want to put the work into a winning personality or maybe I am so insecure that only a gross abnormal display of my dominance will make me feel worthy enough of peoples affection, idk, but to be muscular and healthy WOULD ma...
